Mitel Networks SX-200 PBX provides feature-rich voice communications for

multiple sites, the SX-200 PBX offers high levels of scalability,

SX-200 has an elegant migration path to IP via the SX-200 IP Node that is

Mitel Networks 6100 Contact Center Solution (CCS)
provides a modular suite of Web-centric contact center applications that
provide large enterprise functionality for the small-to-medium contact

CCS is fully supported across a centralized, multi-site, IP or TDM
environment.
